Peter has 20 years experience in business and financial services. After obtaining his CA designation with a national firm, Peter spent six years in the group insurance field, most of that with a national consulting firm. Prior to joining the Owens MacFadyen Group, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for a regional organization. Peter specializes in the planning requirements for very complex situations, as is the case with most entrepreneurs and incorporated professionals.

Peter is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia and the Financial Advisors Association of Canada. He also sits on the Board of two local associations.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Francis Xavier University.
